if you are having a brainfart getting started, or are experiencing writer's block, let us help. writing does not always have to be serious, prove how artistic you are as an author, or be related to your mental health experiences. it can be completely random, non-sensical, and outright trash. think about writing as a game. remember in some board games how the players must scribble out answers? win the mind games by literally crumbling up loose-leaf paper thoughts and burn them in your next junk mail removal, or play basketball with a wastebasket toss. here are some writing exercises you can try:
