i track nothing here on this website.  you dont deserve to be followed by robots and spiders and internet crawlers anymore.

you might use paypal, and you will be held responsible to their terms if you use those links and buttons.

if you email me, google might be doing something shady.

if you call me or text, same applies, as well as the cell phone service providers. get familiar with THEIR terms, i aint got any.  pretend their terms are listed here as well since i do use a phone.  

and if you read anything on this website and find it offensive or believe that you are being attacked or defamed, you are not.  it is all in your head.  no one is named here, to protect privacy.  and if you read between the lines, this battle is not between flesh and blood but with powers and principalities - i dont have a problem with individuals but the systems they subscribe to which steal our sovereignty and threaten our liberty or peace.  

my words are copywritten, so dont copy me.  except there is nothing new under the sun, anyway.  you would be copying the others i borrowed from and cited, so my expectations is that you will do the same.  even if you did steal from me or bastardize my words or put words in my mouth, i dont care - my attorneys or lawyers (whichever term is the right one) will be.  they are on standby.

i reserve the right to advertise whatever i want, if it indeed promotes the idea that we shouldnt be advertised to anymore, and instead, be INBOUND marketed to, which means you looked for this, and found it on your own terms.  i didnt push the message in your face.  i present an opportunity for you to learn about other businesses who support us, and are on the same page.

shipping & returns

all sales are final.  i dont have the capacity or energy to do returns.  if something is wrong, off, or you just cannot get over it, just email or call me.  lets have a conversation and ill solve it but none of this ratings nightmare, defamation of business practice, etc.  we aint about that here.  im bored and have idle hands, so i make things and send them to people, end of story.  you either want to support the cause or not and you are instead a consumer. 

your personal identifying information and how you control that is up to you, but i am not collecting anything, except what you send to me through email so that we can transact and you can get your shit.

whatever polices are used by usps, fedex, ups, carrier pidgeon, etc. are the ones you will have to abide by here.  their rules can be imagined and placed on this website, and covers that i told you about it.

i reserve the right to refuse sending a purchase from this website to the end user if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or covert spies to sabotage this venture.  i do not tolerate mischievousness or depraved behavior to inquire silently in the shadows.

also, the contents of this website is intended to destigmatize mental illness and bring awareness to a variety of approaches to mental and behavioral health.  it is not published by healthcare professionals, but instead by advocates for change, and is NOT a substitute for a diagnosis or treatment.  it is for informational and educational purposes only.  i am a healer (through mutual beliefs), not a medical affiliate or practitioner.

brainfartsy will never share any financial information as your purchases are encrypted through paypal processing.  brainfartsy will not sell or distribute any of your other personal identifying information if specifically requested not to.  as a non-profit, growing the ever evolving creative network here in the states and sharing resources as it relates to healing through creative outlets is a main goal.  members and team are frequently involved in creative networks, art clubs, marketing agencies, unions, etc. who may be of interest to you, or who may be interested in purchasing your work.  unless otherwise specified, any information submitted (or that is already publicly available online) is subject to the terms and conditions of using the website and its established partnerships.
