they say food is medicine, but i believe it is much more than that - i say it is life-giving. it brings pleasure, and it brings pain. it has the power to kill, and heal. if honored and cherished, food can be a central part of a fulfilling life, but it abused and paid ill attention, food can destroy you. so how do we find the truth? where do we turn for answers in using food for balance and brain health?
did you know your stomach is your second brain? "go with your gut" is not a colloquialism by accident. the belly rumbles or has sharp pains, or feels empty or full. it tells us things, for sure (but it could be whats living inside, and not really "you") - so, it is not what goes into your body that defiles you, but what comes out. i know, gross.
we teach you how to get started TODAY with simple steps such as heavy metal detox tips, how to do a parasite cleanse, common sense law on toxicity, source materials research, and how to read labels and what to look out for. first priority should be to get all the bad out, such as mold, yeast overgrowth, toxic metals, animal diseases, or, you guessed it - worms. fix your gut flora through clarity regimens, and then we can talk about food and adding more in.
staying on the wagon is challenging but we will equip you with a path forward that is simple and straightforward to help keep you steady. in addition to helping you get started with a home-garden, some typical tips and tricks we would go through are fasting, moderate eating, results tracking, harvesting an apothecary, and grounding.
